<b>What is the best way to consume vegetables if I cannot eat them raw and don't have the means of cooking them?</b></br><p>I have Crohn's disease and cannot tolerate raw fruits or vegetables. I travel for a living and live and eat in my truck. I have a refrigerator and microwave but don't have a lot of time for cooking.</p><p>I have been getting these powdered vegetables at the health food store which mix into a shake. It tastes pretty good. I think this is the best way for me to get my daily vegetables though it is kind of expensive.</p><p>Any other ideas? Like I say I can't spend a lot of time cooking and don't want a bunch of dishes and things for clean up. I mostly use the microwave to heat stuff up and those new pasta meals are good that can be heated up.</p>
